- No special decanting equipment is needed to move a bag from the container to the melter.
Cutting or shovelling solid binder off a pallet wastes time and damages the fabric of the bag. The bag is charged whole into the melting unit. Heat is applied indirectly, so the binder next to the wall does not scorch. Local overheating is what damages a binder, and controlled heating is what avoids it.
